This position for a full-time Manager of Pricing and Legal Project Management in the Accounting Department requires overseeing the firm’s annual rate setting, matter budgeting, and legal project management, ensuring strategic and accurate information for decision-making. The role involves developing and implementing client rate management strategies, collaborating with partners on value-based pricing for RFP responses, and working with the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer on go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities also include supporting litigation funding proposals, selecting and integrating new technology, and recommending process improvements. Additionally, the manager will assist the Director of Finance and CFO on special projects.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with advanced qualifications like CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years in managerial roles within legal or professional services firms, is required. Expertise in developing complex pricing models, project management, and strong analytical skills are essential. The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to lead staff, meet deadlines, and provide clear guidance to management.
