The Attorney Recruiting and Development Coordinator supports the law firm’s recruiting initiatives for summer associates and associates, reporting to the Chief Strategy & Development Officer. Responsibilities include building relationships with law school career services and attorney recruiters, posting job openings, sourcing candidates, reviewing submissions, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the applicant tracking system (viDesktop). The coordinator also manages the summer associate program, including onboarding, training, and social events.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in legal personnel, recruiting, or professional development within a law firm. Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential. The position demands strong interpersonal skills, effective time management, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment, with an exceptional attention to detail. Flexibility to work additional hours is necessary, and experience with viDesktop is a plus.
The role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience. The initial 90 days are fully onsite, followed by a schedule of four days in the office and one day remote.
