The Litigation Paralegal, based in downtown Los Angeles,  supports the firm’s Trial and Litigation Group, which handles complex crisis litigation across various areas including constitutional law, wildfire, COVID-19, civil rights in land use, First Amendment, takings, class actions, and Eminent Domain. Responsibilities include managing cases from inception through trial and appeal, drafting and reviewing legal documents, maintaining case files, supporting discovery and document production, and preparing depositions and hearings. The role involves cite-checking briefs, coordinating with the Litigation Support Group for database management, and assisting with document review using platforms like iPro.

The position requires working on-site with a remote component, adhering to a billable hour target of 1575 annually, and being available for extended hours and travel as needed. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of recent litigation paralegal experience in California, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and eDiscovery platforms, and strong legal research skills. The ideal candidate works independently and collaboratively, upholds high ethical standards, maintains confidentiality, and demonstrates excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Pay range is $50.23/hr – $61.50/hr.
