The Litigation Paralegal supports attorneys in managing cases from initial intake through trial, ensuring efficient handling of all aspects of litigation. Responsibilities include coordinating with experts by managing retention, scheduling, and communications; maintaining client extranets as a primary communication tool; and organizing case materials within document management and case management systems. The role involves preparing trial notebooks, assisting with motions and exhibits, managing document productions, and organizing certified transcripts. Additional duties include entering and tracking case-related data (such as interrogatories and records), retrieving documents as needed, and preparing billing and medical summaries. The paralegal also plays a key role in managing trial documents and exhibits and may assist with trial preparation and support.

Candidates should have at least three years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably within asbestos, toxic tort, product liability, or personal injury matters. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Trial support experience, including familiarity with trial war room operations, is a plus, as is the ability to travel for trials when needed.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000 annually.
