Docket Coordinator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Docket Coordinator to support its Risk Management team by managing critical litigation deadlines and maintaining the firm’s docketing system. This role is responsible for tracking and calendaring deadlines across a variety of legal matters, including litigation, CEQA, Eminent Domain, Bankruptcy, Code Enforcement, and Probate cases. The coordinator will create and maintain docketing profiles, perform jurisdiction-specific date calculations, generate deadline reports, review court rules and judges’ preferences, ensure database accuracy, and collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff. The position also contributes to improving docketing processes and best practices.

Qualified candidates should have at least 4–5 years of law firm experience, along with a strong understanding of Federal and State court rules, litigation support, PACER, and litigation calendaring software such as CompuLaw. Proficiency with iManage and Microsoft Office is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, exercise sound judgment with confidential information, and thrive in both independent and team-oriented environments while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Candidates must be local to the Riverside, Ontario, Irvine, or Los Angeles office. The expected salary range for candidates with four or more years of experience is **$60,000–$75,000 annually**, with compensation based on location and experience.
