eData Services Analyst

The eData Services Analyst provides technical litigation support to attorneys, paralegals, and eDiscovery project managers by managing and processing electronic data throughout the litigation lifecycle. Key responsibilities include tracking and verifying data acquisitions, processing and transforming electronic files, designing and maintaining databases, loading data into eDiscovery platforms, and performing data remediation tasks such as archiving, restoring, and deleting workspaces. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues and supporting legal teams using platforms such as Relativity Server, RelativityOne, Everlaw, OnCue, Opus2, and Trial Director.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines in a collaborative environment. Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent customer service and time management abilities, are essential. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in a law firm or eDiscovery vendor environment. Experience with Relativity and Everlaw processing, Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, large database management, and data transformation is required, as is knowledge of the EDRM and FRCP. Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or SQL is also preferred.

Compensation varies by location, with hourly pay ranging from $40.10–$72.10, depending on the office location, qualifications, and experience.
