Senior E-Data Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior E-Data Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the eDiscovery lifecycle, serving as the primary liaison between attorneys, clients, technical teams, and external vendors. This role is responsible for advising legal teams on the collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI), while managing Relativity databases, implementing analytics and technology-assisted review (TAR), and leveraging emerging AI technologies to improve litigation workflows. The position also coordinates digital forensics efforts, ensures quality control, manages vendor relationships and budgets, develops best practices, and provides training on litigation support tools. The role requires approximately 60% in-office presence and occasional travel.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of litigation support project management experience within a law firm environment. Strong expertise in Relativity, eDiscovery technologies, analytics, TAR, and AI-driven review tools is required, along with knowledge of forensic data collection and the EDRM process. Experience supporting intellectual property litigation, including source code and highly confidential data, is strongly preferred. Excellent project management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is $130,000–$150,000.
