An AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to join its Practice Support team. The role can be based in any of the firm’s Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington, D.C. offices, and offers the flexibility to work fully remote within reasonable commuting distance of one of those offices.
The Project Manager will guide and support the firm’s legal teams across all phases of the litigation lifecycle, from preservation and collection through production of electronically stored information (ESI). Responsibilities include consulting with case teams on early case assessment, forensic collections, processing, document review, and productions; developing cost estimates, budgets, and project plans; designing databases and loading data into review platforms; vetting search terms and analytics; engaging third-party vendors; and assisting with meet-and-confer preparation and ESI protocols. The Project Manager also serves as a liaison between legal teams and the practice support department, contributing to firm-wide procedures and training initiatives.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal credential plus 7+ years of related experience, advanced Relativity expertise, and strong project management skills. ACEDS or Relativity Certified Administrator credentials are strongly encouraged. The firm offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. The estimated salary range is between $139,000 – $185,000.
