eDiscovery Project Manager

The eDiscovery Project Manager oversees all aspects of the eDiscovery process for complex litigation matters, working closely with attorneys, paralegals, clients, vendors, and internal teams across multiple offices. Reporting to the Director of eDiscovery, this role is responsible for developing and managing project plans, monitoring timelines and budgets, identifying risks, and ensuring successful execution of all phases of electronic discovery. The position also serves as the primary liaison between case teams and external vendors, coordinating project bids, managing vendor relationships, and conducting quality control reviews on productions and workflows.

This role requires extensive hands-on experience with RelativityOne, including processing, searching, analytics, document review, and productions, as well as knowledge of additional eDiscovery platforms such as Brainspace, Nuix, Reveal, and DISCO. The Project Manager provides training and guidance to litigation teams, monitors review quality and costs, assists with privilege logs, and ensures databases are properly decommissioned at the conclusion of matters.

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of eDiscovery experience, and strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification is required, while additional analytics or Brainspace certifications are preferred. Experience in a large law firm environment, particularly within an AmLaw 100 firm, is highly desirable.

Salary range: $145,000 – $165,000.
