The Litigation Support Project Manager is responsible for advising case teams and clients on eDiscovery strategy, workflows, and database management to ensure efficient, defensible, and high-quality outcomes. This role oversees the full lifecycle of litigation support projects, including loading, processing, analyzing, and producing electronic data using eDiscovery platforms. Key responsibilities include developing search queries, managing database setup, tracking project progress, and ensuring deadlines and cost expectations are met. The Project Manager serves as a primary point of contact for case teams, providing status updates, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding attorneys and review teams on platform use. The role also involves leading quality control of deliverables, safeguarding client confidentiality, and driving process improvements.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training, along with strong knowledge of litigation support technologies and database structures. Experience handling structured and unstructured data, as well as ensuring data integrity and defensibility, is essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A client-focused mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, staff, and vendors are critical.

The salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington, D.C. is $125,000 to $140,000 annually.
