Litigation Trial Paralegal

The Litigation Trial Paralegal supports attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, with a strong emphasis on trial preparation and in-court support. This role manages assigned cases from pre-trial through verdict, serving as a key member of the trial team and overseeing the organization and operation of the trial “war room.” Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining trial binders, exhibits, and demonstratives; coordinating exhibit tracking and admission; organizing case materials within document management systems; and ensuring attorneys have real-time access to critical documents during trial. The paralegal also assists with drafting trial-related materials such as motions in limine, trial briefs, witness and exhibit lists, and jury instructions, while coordinating with experts and managing deposition and trial transcripts. Additional duties include handling document productions, maintaining client extranets, tracking case data, and providing hands-on courtroom support.

Candidates should have at least three years of litigation paralegal experience, with trial support experience strongly preferred. Background in asbestos, toxic tort, product liability, or personal injury matters is a plus. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to travel as needed for trials.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 annually.
