The role involves onboarding transfer agents, preparing stock exchange applications, submitting FINRA filings, and coordinating transactional closing documents, volumes, as well as board resolutions and minutes.

Candidates must possess strong communication, research, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
