The Senior Collections Analyst is responsible for supporting the collection of outstanding accounts receivable and partnering with attorneys to improve collection efforts and minimize delinquencies. This role works closely with the Director of Collections to monitor accounts, prepare and analyze monthly collection reports, and maintain accurate records and documentation. Key responsibilities include contacting clients regarding overdue balances, negotiating payment plans, and advising attorneys on effective collection strategies. The position also focuses on building strong relationships with attorneys and clients to promote proactive, year-round collection practices and ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of collections experience in a professional services environment, preferably within a law firm. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, and internal teams. Candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

This hybrid role requires 60% in-office presence and offers a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, along with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
