Technology Patent Prosecution Agent

The ideal candidate should possess a strong interest in preparing and prosecuting patent applications, contributing to prosecution strategies, and conducting technical and legal research and analysis for matters pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Additionally, the candidate will provide technical support for Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and litigation proceedings. A background in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or chemical/biomedical engineering is required, along with exceptional writing and analytical skills and outstanding academic credentials. Note that USPTO registration is not necessary for this position. The estimated salary range for this role is between $105,000 and $135,000.
