The Trademark Operations Supervisor oversees the daily administrative and operational functions of the trademark practice, supervising support staff, managing workflows, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and ongoing development for trademark paralegals, managing workflow, monitoring productivity metrics, and overseeing processes related to trademark transfers and administrative support. The role involves optimizing processes to improve efficiency, coordinating workload distribution, and implementing operational improvements. The supervisor acts as a liaison between attorneys, paralegals, and leadership, offering strategic insights to support staffing and business growth, while leading change management initiatives.

Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution processes, docketing systems, and practice management tools. Leadership, coaching, and team management experience are essential, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Experience with trademark docketing systems is preferred, and a curiosity and openness to innovation and new tools is highly valued. The position reports to the Senior Trademark & Copyright Practice Support Manager. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in trademark prosecution operations, with two years in a leadership role, and hold a Bachelor’s Degree.

The salary range is $94,000 to $141,250.
