Review Manager

The Review Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of managed document review projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Working under the Director of Managed Review, this role collaborates with contract attorneys, team leads, and cross-functional teams to manage multiple review projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities include coordinating reviewer staffing, developing workflows and quality control measures, implementing Technology Assisted Review (TAR) processes, and ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the review lifecycle. The Review Manager also works closely with clients and counsel to establish review guidelines, optimize processes, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctor (JD), with bar admission in good standing. A minimum of two years of managed review experience is required, along with strong expertise in platforms such as Relativity and other eDiscovery tools. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as a strong client-service mindset. Candidates should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, often managing long hours and occasional travel. Variable compensation is tied to performance-based annual goals.
