Project Coordinator – Private Equity

A leading global law firm is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its Private Equity practice. This role combines high-level administrative support with hands-on practice coordination, serving attorneys who advise asset managers, private equity and venture capital firms, Fortune 500 and FTSE companies, and other major clients.
On the administrative side, the Project Coordinator manages attorney calendars, travel, and high-volume email; prepares expense reports in Chrome River and time entries in Intapp; liaises with the Client Operations team on partner billing; and coordinates internal meetings, materials, and technology setup. On the practice side, the role involves drafting and proofreading complex documents, opening new matters and running conflict checks, maintaining client/matter records, organizing and attending Private Equity Group meetings, tracking deadlines, and following through on action items across the team.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of administrative or legal experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new technology. The role demands exceptional organization, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and composure in a fast-paced, multi-authority environment.
This is a hybrid position (at least 4 days per week) with a compensation range of $90,000–$120,000. Overtime availability required.
