The Senior Manager, Marketing Technology & Innovation is a strategic leadership role responsible for advancing and optimizing a law firm’s marketing and business development technology ecosystem. This position focuses on modernizing the firm’s technology stack, driving AI and automation initiatives, strengthening data governance, and enhancing overall client experience. The role involves evaluating and implementing new tools, improving marketing automation and CMS integrations, and ensuring systems are effectively leveraged across the organization.
Key responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide technology strategy, launching innovation pilots and product initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and business development outcomes. The Senior Manager also plays a critical role in training and upskilling the marketing team, overseeing change management efforts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and at least 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong expertise in CRM systems, automation platforms, analytics, and system integration is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives, along with the ability to translate marketing strategy into scalable, high-impact solutions.
